CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation vs Reschedule — how your deposit might be affected: Cancellation: A cancellation is a complete termination of your appointment.This means your deposit will be forfeited due to deposits being non-refundable. Please take this into consideration prior to booking. Reschedule: A reschedule is moving your appointment to a future date. Rescheduled appointments made 48 hours before your appointment will allow your deposit to be rolled over for the new appointment date. Keep in mind a reschedule must be made within 3 months of the original appt. Attempting to reschedule your appt less than 48hrs will result in loss of deposit. 3 consecutive reschedules will result in a cancellation and loss of deposit. OTHER BOOKING INFO: GROUP BOOKING If you’re booking an appt with multiple people, each person must send a separate deposit and they are non transferable, the same rules apply for each person regarding reschedules/late arrival/ cancellation etc. If you take responsibility to send the deposit for other members of your party and they don’t show, the deposit is non-transferable and will not be added to the total cost of YOUR tattoo. We understand life happens, if we can be accommodating we will be. The rules are not meant to be scary but to protect everyone and hold everyone accountable including ourselves.
